Giorgio Armani Vespa 946 Emporio revealed

Giorgio Armani has just took the wraps off a new special Vespa, the 946 Emporio. The scooter is set to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the foundation of Giorgio Armani and the 130th birthday of the Piaggio Group. The 946 was named after the year 1946 and was developed jointly by Giorgio Armani and Piaggio to celebrate two of Italy’s most established symbols of style and creativity. In keeping with Armani’s signature subdued colour palette, the designer has come up with a special combination of greys with subtle hints of green visible only under particular light conditions for the project. Read the full article »

MotoGP-derived Honda RC213V-S street bike arrived

Honda has finally revealed its much anticipated RC213V-S bike. The bike look pretty cool with its red-white-blue lievery but the performance of the base model – 159hp and 102Nm (75 lb-ft)– is a bit disappointing. Installing a racing kit makes things a little brighter, as the engine is said to deliver 215hp. In addition to that, installing the racing kit makes the bike 10kg lighter. And what does this all cost? The base version will retail for €188,000 in Europe and $184,000 in the U.S. Read the full article »

If the Isle of Man TT is the toughest on-road motorcycle race in the world, then the Erzberg Rodeo is the craziest race off the road. This mining pit in Austria is a very special venue: the course is 22 miles long, and the terrain is insanely rough. This year, Andreas Lettenbichler, Alfredo Gomez, Graham Jarvis, and last year's winner Jonny Walker all crossed the finish line together. Marlon Brando’s Harley-Davidson 1969 Electra Glide goes under the hammer

The famous actor’s original 1969 Electra Glide will be auctioned on June 27 at Julien’s. The bike comes with original papers that prove the change of ownership – Brando bought the bike on April 8, 1970. Unfortunately, there’s no official statement on the condition of the Electra Glide, but it has 13,859 miles (22,299 km) on it and it is expected to bring $400K. Read the full article »

2015 Aprilia SR50 Motard – the supermoto-styled scooter

Aprilia’s 50cc SR Motard was originally scheduled to go sale in 2012 but after some delays, it arrived in the dealerships almost a year later, in the Summer of 2013. Since then, it’s one of the sportiest scooter of the segment. It features sharp styling, affordable price tag and a revvy engine that churns out 4,6hp at 8,000rpm. Yamaha has just announced an upgraded YZ-250 for the 2016 model year. One of the best off-road bike in its class now features a redesigned engine with more high-rpm performance, new clutch, revised front and rear suspension, and better brakes. BMW R1200R conversion by Hornig

German motorcycle accessory company Hornig has just revealed a new kit for the BMW R1200R. The kit gives the bike a bit more comfort and safety compared to the original roadster and on top we added some storage space for the next tour. The package includes a touring windshield, seat alteration, tank bag, rear bag, new mirrors, foot pegs, protectors, exhaust and even handlebars. Read the full article »

Yamaha MT-25 for the Asian market launched

Yamaha has launched its new naked bike for the Indonesian market. The MT-25 is a naked streetbike featuring a 249cc parallel twin, comfortable riding position for the city and modern styling. Weighing 165kg dry, it’s a fairly light bike while the engine delivers around 35hp.
