2016 Ducati Diavel Carbon updated, looks more badass

Ducati has just revealed the new Diavel Carbon. The 2016 version of the bike is now more assertive than ever thanks to all-new graphics and several technical-aesthetic features. The new Diavel Carbon comes in new grey and carbon colours with red stripes and black chrome paintwork. From the technical side of view, Ducati added a Zircotec coating on the exhaust manifolds and brushed effect stainless steel silencers. Yamaha returns to World Superbike in 2016

Yamaha will make its official return to the World Superbike Championship in 2016 in collaboration with Crescent Racing and title sponsors PATA. The team will place the new YZF-R1 in the hands of 2014 World Superbike Champion Sylvain Guintoli and 2013 British Superbike Champion Alex Lowes. Akrapovič exhausts for 2016 Victory Gunner, Judge, Hammer S, Hammer 8-Ball, Vegas 8-Ball and High-Ball cruisers – video

From now on, Akrapovič will be Victory’s official supplier of aftermarket exhausts for its cruiser models. Owners of the Gunner, Judge, Hammer S, Hammer 8-Ball, Vegas 8-Ball and the High-Ball can simply make a straight swap of their standard exhausts for these new Akrapovič ones. Upgraded BMW C 650 Sport and C 650 GT maxi scooters for 2016

BMW has just announced important updates and upgrades to its C650 range. For the 2016 model year, BMW’s maxi scooters will have new safety features, improved touring capabilities as well as a new CVT transmission. Both models will be available in new colours and ABS will be standard. You can check out the upgraded C 650 and C650 GT maxi scooters at EICMA in November but BMW has yet to announce the date when the new machines will hit showrooms. Read the full article »

2016 Husqvarna FS 450 Supermoto debuted

Husky will offer a brand new FS 450 for the next model year. Moreover, the new FS 450 isn’t a rebranded KTM since this bike doesn’t have an equivalent in the Austraian’s lineup. The FS 450 looks impressive on paper: it’s lighter, more powerful, it has a new frame, new bodyork, improved electronics including map switch and launch control. Yamaha YZF-R1 Speed Block special edition and YZF-R1M new production run announced

Yamaha has today announced two important news - a new limited edition of the R1 and that it’s making another run of YZF-R1Ms for 2016. The manufacurer celebrates its 60th anniversary with the special R1 that features the classic Yamaha US yellow and black „Speed Block” race livery from the 1970’s. In addition to that, the 2016 R1M will once again be made available via a dedicated online registration system. Volkswagen designer turned a Ducati Monster into a Street Tracker

Alex Earle is the Design Program Manager for Volkswagen America. But he is just as passionate about bikes as well as cars and the result of this passion is a beautiful street tracker. The custom bike is based on the Ducati Monster but it’s lighter, faster and more beautiful. The basic bike can be set up in two distinct versions. In addition to the basic 19” wheeled tracker, a quick change to 17”, 3 spoke wheels and handlebars with reduced pull back create a 1982 Superbike styled road course bike with a much lower stand over height. Read the full article »
