KTM introduced two new models, the 2011 250 XC-F and 350 XC-F

KTM announced it has expanded its 2011 model lineup with two new off-road models. The bikes were introduced to the public by the Factory FMF/KTM GNCC Team of Kailub Russell, Cory Buttrick and Charlie Mullins. All three riders will be racing the 350 XC-F in the 2011 GNCC Series. The new 2011 XC-F’s are based on the 250 and 350 SX-F models built with specific components and settings for cross-country racing. Read the full article »

Yamaha announces 2011 supercross teams

Yamaha Motor Corporation announced its entire line-up of teams for the 2011 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship. Headlining the assault is James Stewart signed a two-year contract with L & M Racing, James is looking forward to winning his second title for Yamaha on his YZ450F. He’s currently in lock down in Florida putting the finishing touches on his race prep and testing so he can come out with both barrels blazing at Anaheim 1. Read the full article »

Video: 2011 Kawasaki ZX-10R on the racetrack

The completely redesigned ZX-10R is one of the most anticipated superbikes of 2011, and with it's new engine, the bike is faster and lighter than the Japanese competition. Kawasaki had some issues with the new engine, so they put the bike on technical hold, but despite this, the 2011 ZX-10R topped the 651-1000cc sales in many countries in November. Kawasaki’s Vulcan 1700 is a motorcycle that combines comfort, style and functionality. 2010 Isle of Man TT available in blue-ray HD

The latest innovation in coverage of the Isle of Man TT by North One Television now gives fans the chance to experience the Mountain course like never before. During the 2010 TT, all on-bike cameras were High Definition for the very first time. Video: Paris Hilton presents her 125cc MotoGP team in Madrid

Paris Hilton unveiled her MotoGP racing team in Madrid on Saturday. The two Aprilia RSA will compete in the 125cc category from 2011-2013 with riders Sergio Gadea and Maverick Vinales. The hotel chain heiress entertained the attending press by posing next to the bikes which were pink, white and blue fairings. Hilton also agreed to attend at least five races next season. Video: World Record Snowmobile Jump

Levi LaVallee jumped an incredible 361 (110 m) feet while preparing for his Red Bull New Year No Limits world record snowmobile distance jump in San Diego. Unfortunately, Levi was injured shortly thereafter and as a result, the December 31 event has been canceled. But as the 361-foot jump eclipsed the existing record by 60 feet, it will be submitted for world record certification. Levi expects to make a full recovery. Read the full article »

Video: Cobra custom Honda RS750 Scrambler

Cobra Engineering’s Special Projects Division has drawn five concept bikes based on the Honda VT750 Shadow’s V-twin, a Scrambler, Café Racer, Street Fighter, Dirt Tracker and Bobber. “Once again, Cobra Engineering will undertake a multi-bike custom project. Back in 1996 Cobra did a similar project with American Honda around the 750 Ace, building what would come to be known as the Four Aces.
