Indian, America’s first motorcycle company, presents the all-new 2016 Dark Horse. The bike is in essence, the same Chief that is currently in the market, with a blacked out theme from end to end. Due to only a flash of chrome and a healthy dose of matte black paint, the guys at Indian created one of the most confident silhouettes on the market. 2015 Triumph Tiger Explorer XC Special Edition revealed

The British brand has announced a limited edition version of its Tiger 800 Explorer XC. The special edition features a number of modifications and upgrades, including larger screen, radiator guards and headlight protectors. Yamaha VMAX Carbon Special Edition revealed

It is hard to believe that the iconic powercruiser of Yamaha has been around for 30 years. The first VMAX had many weaknesses like the wobbly front end or the dangerously weak brakes but still: the bike introduced a completely new dimension of motorcycling. Dainese presents 2015 jeans collection

Since they were first invented, jeans have undergone many changes. They started life as work clothes, went on to become stars of the prêt-à-porter catwalk and, more recently, became an essential wardrobe component for motorcyclists all over the world. BCR turned a Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster into an American Scrambler

2015 might be the year of the Scrambler. Last year, Ducati joined Triumph and revealed its own factory scrambler and Moto Guzzi just revealed a kit that turns the V7 into a true scrambler. The latest modder that has come up with such a bike is Benjie’s Cafe Racers. Benjie and the guys at BCR took a 1999 Harley 883 Sportster and rebuilt it completely. Read the full article »

Gas Gas has financial issues, production halts

Spanish manufacturer Gas Gas was forced by investors to halt production while company president Yariv Gilat is in talks with banks to reach new agreements. The financial issues of the company are very serious: not just the production line had to be stopped: research and development division and even spare part production have come to a complete halt. Speedy Working Motors returns with six new models

Speedy Working Motors was an Italian motorcycle manufacturer that went bust in 1984. Now, thanks to Chinese funding, the company is back with six new models. All models are vintage styled bikes powered by Husqvarna single-cylinder engines between 300 and 6600cc and they all have a reasonable price tag. The bikes will be built in Lombardy, Italy and will be sold in Europe, South America and Australia first. Read the full article »

2016 Indian Chief Dark Horse set to debut in two weeks

Indian Motorcycle has confirmed that a new model will be introduced at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show in Chicago. The model, called the Chief Dark Horse will be a standalone model, a remake of the Dark Horse, produced between 2010 and 2013. The new model will be showcased in a special event on two continents. Custom Ducati ST2 Scrambler from Germany

The Ducati ST2 was the first sport touring machine from Ducati when it was revealed in 1997. In its core, the ST2 had very much racing genes but with all the plastic and bags, it all remained hidden. Peter Bösel, a guy from Bavaria wanted to see that raciong heritage on his own ST2 so he and his wife radically rebuilt the bike with the help of a Spanish custom Ducati garage.
