Upgraded safety features for the 2016 BMW K 1600 GT and GTL models

BMW has just announced that the K 1600 GT, GTL and GTL Exclusive models get an update for the 2016 model year, including new color options. But as of model year 2016, the K 1600 GT, GTL and GTL Exclusive will not just be available in new paint finishes. With a view to enhanced motorcycling safety, their range of standard features is extended to include the banking-optimised ABS Pro and the dynamic brake light. Read the full article »

Watch the world’s fastest Harley-Davidson Road Glide hitting 165mph – video

An Australian-prepped Harley-Davidson FLTRXS Road Glide Special was able to reach 165.1 miles per hour (265 km/h) at the 25th annual Dry Lakes Racers Australia (DLRA) Speed Week on the salt flats of Lake Gairdner in South Australia in March. That means that this bike is the world’s fastest naturally aspirated bagger under 2000cc. Morgan’s all-electric EV3 three-wheeler coming in 2016

Morgan Motor Company has introduced the EV3 prototype at the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed this past weekend. The EV3 is an all-electric three-wheeler that is powered by a singler electric motor producing 60hp. According to Morgan, the prototype is capable of 150 miles on one charge, taking four hours to reach full battery capacity. 2016 BMW R 1200 GS, R 1200 GS Adventure and R 1200 GS Triple Black models revealed

BMW has revealed a range of tweaked bikes for the 2016 model year, including a special edition model of the popular R 1200 GS. The adventure bike will be available in new color options and the bike will also get a new dynamic brake light as a special equipment feature. The Germans also upgraded the ABS brake system. 2016 Peugeot Speedfight scooter revealed

Peugeot has launched the fourth generation of its iconic Speedfight scooter, which arrives in dealerships this summer, ahead of its 20th birthday next year. More than half a million Speedfight scooters have been sold since its launch in 1996 and the new Speedfight 4 gets a complete makeover, with a new engine and higher specification. Suzuki celebrates the 30th anniversary of the GSX-R series with special livery

Suzuki is set to celebrate 30 years of GSX-R with a special livery at the Sachsenring MotoGP race in Germany next weekend, along with launching a new limited-edition production machine that will be available globally. The first model of the series was the GSX-R 750 and it was revealed back in 1985. Since then, the GSX-R acronym is Suzuki’s most important brand. iC-R, the most advanced motorcycle helmet ever

Another advanced motorcycle helmet is seeking crowdfunding on Indigogo, and it is most likely the helmet of the future. It features two HUD transparent LCD displays, dual rear-view cameras, acoustic and visual traffic alerts, solar panel, high-end interior speakers, Bluetooth, and electro-tint visor. Italy’s first Ducati Scrambler Camp opens in Padua, a dealership dedicated exclusively to the Ducati Scrambler and its Land of Joy.
