Who won this race?

Photo finish is the worst nightmare of sprinters and motorcycle racers for a good reason. AMA Pro Racing had to use this photo finish to decide who won Race 1 of the Daytona Sportbike series at Virginia International Raceway this weekend. The two riders are Bobby Fong (#30) and Martin Cardenas (#36). At the end, Fong won but the margin was only 0,001 seconds. Can You make the call who won?
