Suzuki finally decided to bring its highly awaited sportbikes to the Indian market – the GSX-R1000 and the Bandit 1250S. The two models have been succesfully reining supreme in the international market for long were desperately sought in India. Both bikes are known for their powerful engines and futuristic styling.

“This launch is in line with our aim to deliver outstanding technology and performance to the Indian market. We are pleased to offer exciting riding experience to pro-bikers.” – said Mr. Katsumi Takata, chairman of Suzuki Motorcycle India Ltd. The GSX-R1000 is available in India in two colors – White/Blue & Black/Silver and is priced at Rs. 12,75,000 (US $27,675). The Bandit 1250S also comes available in two colors – Metallic Gleam Gray & Pearl Nebular Black and is priced at Rs. 8,50,000 (US $18,450).
