With a host of new technical features and design touches, Yamaha’s 2011 maxi scooter lineup invites you to enjoy the excitement of scooter riding like never before. The biggest news is the ABS version of the X-Max, as well as new special Sport and Business editions of the X-MAX 125, and a Sport edition of the X-MAX 250. The 250 Sport is powered by a fuel-injected, 4-stroke, 250cc engine, the sports attitude of the X-MAX 250 is emphasised in its sleek bodywork and rigid, lightweight frame.

While the eye-catching and compact design turns heads, it also enhances handling and riding agility. Large wheels and optional ABS give you the stability and control you need, whatever the road or weather conditions. Extensive weather protection, quality finishes and generous storage space complete the ‘weekend-away’ credentials of the X-MAX 250.

The X-Max’s larger brother, the Majesty 400 combines the fun and luxury of a sports-touring motorcycle with the convenience of a scooter. While a large liquid cooled, 4-stroke, 4-valve engine delivers great performance in and out of town, it is also reliable and efficient. Wraparound fairing and a high windshield offer excellent all-weather protection. Disc brakes – two at the front, one at the back – rapidly bring the Majesty 400 to a stop, while the ABS model offers even more braking confidence in the wet. At the top of the range sits the T-Max 500, which offers the handling of sports-touring motorcycles.
