With over 270 thousand units sold in the ten years from 2001 to the present day, the Piaggio Beverly has secured its position as the undisputed market leader. Over the years, the Beverly has earned a reputation as an agile, safe scooter that is ideal for city use, which also offers proven comfort and reliability in short and medium range touring use. To celebrate a decade of success for its best seller, Piaggio has created a special edition of the Beverly 500 – the flagship of the family – to offer unrivalled style and performance.

The Beverly 10th Anniversary is a special edition boasting premium finish details and offered with a dedicated colour scheme for even more exclusive looks. Setting this new Beverly apart are an all-new matt grey livery, which accentuates its purposeful appearance, and the elegant new brown saddle completing the clearly motorcycle inspired looks. Even the headlight, the signature element of the Beverly, has a dynamic new design, as do the instruments, which now include a fuel gauge. Additionally, the windshield is offered as standard for this commemorative version.

Class leading performance is ensured by the potent liquid cooled, 4 stroke, 4 valve 500 cc engine with electronic injection and dual spark ignition, which produces a maximum power output of 40 hp at 7000 rpm. This flexible, high performance engine, with plenty of low and mid-range torque, lets this Beverly easily reach its top speed of 160 Km/h.
