Triumph Tiger 800 spy shots

The guys at Triumph are busy with the final high-speed track tests before the bike is officially launched. The new Tiger 800 was circulating the Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground in Leicestershire. The bike is wired up with data-recording equipment, carried in the tail pack. It seems the motorcycle is complete bar final colors and graphics. The bike here is the road version with a 19” front rim – the off-road version will come with a 21” front wheel and knobby tire, plus a „beak” mudguard on the nose. Read the full article »

Video: 2011 Triumph Tiger Cub

The British manufacturer continues to release information about its 800cc three-cylinder Tiger Cub adventure model, which will come in two varieties for buyers. The first one will have a 21” knobby front tire, while the second one for asphalt will feature 17” wheels front and back. Both bikes share the same chassis and design, but there will be differences in suspension, seating and control layouts. 2011 Triumph Adventure “spy” shots

Keeping with its schedule, Triumph has released some new photos and technical data of its 2011 Adventure. The English manufacturer has created a new, 800-ish, long-stroke three-cylinder engine based on the 675 to power the middleweight road and off-road versions of the bike. The engine should be "torquey", have an "exciting top end", "compact dimensions", "controllable power delivery', all thanks to its long-stroke design. See the video below: Read the full article »

Triumph to launch two new adventure models

Triumph has activated a teaser website with the first pictures and videos of their new adventure bike. The British marque is working on two new models, that will probably a road model and a maxi enduro what will try to take on the BMW's R1200 GS/F, Yamaha's Super Tenere and KTM's Adventure. Read the full article »

Special Triumph Street Triple Tracker from Germany

German Triumph dealer Motorcorner has built a special Street Triple called the Street Tracker. The builders transformed the R version of the Street Triple, and they did a great job, the bike looks just beautiful, although changes were minimal. The engine and the chassis remain unchanged, but the exhaust is an aftermarket piece for a racy sound. The standout specification change is the 17” spoked wheels, which have a unique fastening system. The R-based Street Tracker is on sale for $17 400. Read the full article »

Less sport, more comfort – Triumph Sprint GT 2011
